These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by DFYAgentLeads ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services: DFYAgentLeads provides lead generation services for Insurance Agents within the 49 states we market in (excluding New York). Our services include the procurement and delivery of qualified leads to our clients.

2. Replacement of Leads: If leads provided by DFYAgentLeads happen to originate from outside of the 49 states we market in (excluding New York), we will replace said leads with a qualified USA-based lead once an investigation has been conducted and verified. This replacement is subject to availability and may take time to fulfill.

3. Refunds: DFYAgentLeads does not offer refunds once payments have been made. This policy is due to the expedited nature of our campaign launches and the allocation of ad spend. Once payment is received, services will be rendered promptly.

4. Duplicate Leads: In the event that leads are found to be duplicated due to wrongful distribution or other errors, DFYAgentLeads will replace said lead(s) with a new qualified lead once an investigation has been conducted and verified. The client has 48hrs after they purchase leads to have them replaced. This replacement will be subject to the availability of new leads and may take time to fulfill.

5. Limitation of Liability: DFYAgentLeads shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold DFYAgentLeads harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona.

8. Changes to Terms: DFYAgentLeads reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
